SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 1/2 c. butternut squash, uncooked, cut up
1 lg. carrot, grated
1/2 c. diced onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
2 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
1 stick butter
1/2 c. salted peanuts

Put in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
