SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 c. squash, cook, mash and drain
1 med. chopped onion
1 c. sour cream
1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
1 small jar chopped pimento
4 tbsp. melted butter with 1 c. Pepperidge Farm Cornbread dressing
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients, reserving 1/2 cup of dressing for the top. Bake in casserole at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
