SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. cooked, mashed and drained squash
1 grated carrot
1 med. onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 bag dressing mix
1 stick butter

Melt butter and mix with dressing mix, divide in half, mix one half with other ingredients. Butter casserole dish and pour in mixture. Then cover with rest of dressing. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Makes 2 large or 3 small ones.
