HOT CHILI DIP 
8 oz. cream cheese
1 can chili
1 jar salsa (mild, med. or hot to taste)
2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

Layer ingredients: cream cheese, chili, salsa and Jack cheese in an oblong baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Or microwave for about 7 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
