BARBEQUE CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 chicken, cut up
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
Vegetable oil
Salt & pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. water
1 c. ketchup

Salt, pepper and flour chicken. Brown in vegetable oil. Melt butter in large saucepan and saute vegetables until tender. Combine remaining ingredients and add to sauteed vegetables and bring to a boil. Place chicken in 9 x 13 inch casserole. Pour barbecue sauce over chicken. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 4-6.
