BEER BARBEQUE SAUCE 
1 (14 oz.) bottle ketchup
2/3 c. chili sauce
1/3 c. hot mustard
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
Dash Tabasco sauce
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 c. beer

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Simmer 15 minutes in large saucepan. This is a hot, spicy sauce. If you prefer it a little milder, substitute regular mustard for the hot mustard and cut down on the Worcestershire sauce.
