I had left over butterscotch chips and chocolate chips that I used. I added a small amount of peanut butter and butter. I added vanilla and the smallest amount of salt and small splash of ginger syrup. Awesome recipe and flexible.

I haven't made it yet but I can't wait! I've never made it before. I'm so excited!

I added some Baked Graham Cracker Scooby Snacks to mine, little boy loves it!

Try it with Bugles instead of Chex... it's even more addictive!

Definitely need to double chocolate and peanut butter for that many chex. Won't have nearly enough to coat them if you don't. Otherwise, when done with correct measurements, very yummy!

Is it best to use semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips for this recipe?

If you are a chocolate peanut butter lover this is definitely a candy for you! But trust me when I say say double the choc chips and peanut butter!!! And powdered surge and use a complete stick of butter. To cover an entire box of cereal you'll need this!! Happy snacking!

This recipe is delicious!!! I just finished making it with my mom and little sister. All I did different is I added 1 1/2 cups of chocolate, but I left everything else the same. I also used confectionary sugar instead of powdered. But besides that its DELICIOUS!!!

I also add some cinnamon to my powdered sugar or I use cinnamon chex mix. Mmmm!
