COLD POTATO SALAD | |
8 med. potatoes 2 med. onions, chopped 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1 c. sour cream 1 tsp. horseradish 1/2 c. celery, cut fine Peel potatoes; slice thin. Cook in salt water; should remain firm. Drain and cool. Mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, horseradish and celery. Put a little of the mayonnaise mixture in the bottom of casserole dish, then a layer of potatoes, the onions. Alternate layers. When all ingredients have been used up, sprinkle paprika over top. |
