GAIL'S CHICKEN ITALIAN 
3 lbs. boneless chicken breasts
1 box Stove Top stuffing for chicken
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
4 garlic cloves, diced
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. heavy cream
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. flour

Pound chicken into 4x6 inch pieces. Prepare Stove Top according to package directions; divide evenly among chicken pieces; roll up and secure with toothpicks. Arrange in a greased glass baking dish and season with salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.

In a saucepan, combine oil, garlic, and onion. Saute until tender. Pour in cream, add cheese and stir in flour. Cook until mixture thickens. Spoon 1/4 of the sauce over the chicken after it has baked for 15 minutes. Pour the remaining sauce over the chicken just before serving. Serves 6.
