CRANBERRY MOUSSE SALAD 
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (6 oz.) strawberry Jello
1 c. water
1 can whole cranberry sauce
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. sour cream
Optional: 1 tbsp. grated fresh lemon rind & 1/2 c. pecans

Drain pineapple. Add juice to water and gelatin, bring to a boil. Add remaining ingredients and refrigerate.
