CRAB MOLD 
1 lg. cream cheese
1 cream of mushroom soup
1 packet Knox gelatin
3 tbsp. cold water
3 chopped scallions (green onions)
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) can of crab meat

Heat cheese and soup until melted. Add gelatin softened in cold water. Add remaining ingredients and pour into a 1 quart mold that has been coated with mayonnaise. Chill overnight.

To serve, unmold and lay crackers around the mold on a tray. Triscuit or Sociable crackers are suggested.
