PEPPER JELLY 
3 lg. margos
6 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cider vinegar
1 bottle certo
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
2-3 drops green food coloring

Bring first 3 ingredients to a full boil and boil 5-10 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes and add last 3 ingredients. Makes approximately 8 cups.
