CHICKEN CHALEYA 
2-3 c. cooked diced chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup or chicken, onion, or spinach
1 c. sour cream
1 diced white onion
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
3-4 green onions
3/4 lb. grated jack cheese
3/4 lb. grated cheddar cheese
18 flour tortillas

Mix all preceding ingredients in large mixing bowl, except sour cream and mushroom soup. Heat tortillas in oven or microwave just enough to soften. Place large spoonful of chicken mixture across center of tortilla. Roll up and place seam down in a buttered baking dish. Mix together mushroom soup and sour cream. Pour over tortillas and sprinkle with more grated cheese.

Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. May be frozen, thawed and baked layer. May substitute cream of chicken, cream of onion, cream of spinach for cream of mushroom.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
