PEARLS 'N CHOCOLATE COOKIES | |
2 1/4 c. all purpose flour 2/3 c. Nestle cocoa 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. butter, softened 3/4 c. sugar 2/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar 1 tsp. vanilla extract 2 eggs 1 (10 oz.) pkg. white chips Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In small bowl combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; set aside. In large mixer bowl, beat butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla until creamy. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in white chips. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 9 to 10 minutes until edges are lightly browned. Let stand 2 minutes before removing from cookie sheets; cool completely. |
