4 oz. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. Lemon Zest (lemon peel finely grated)
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar

Cream cream cheese. Add vanilla and lemon. Then add flour and sugar. Drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees till done.
