SEAFOAM 
3 cups light brown sugar
2 egg whites
1 cup water
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. vinegar
Nuts

Cook sugar, vinegar and water until it forms a medium ball in cold water.

Pour slowly over beaten egg whites while beating continually until mixture is stiff. At this point, a drop of blue food coloring may be added to tint the seafoam.

Add vanilla and nuts. Drop onto greased baking sheet or silpat and allow to cool.
