1 c. boiled mashed potatoes
Powdered sugar
Peanut butter
Color

Add powdered sugar to mashed potatoes until consistency to roll out like pie crust. Add while mixing any color desired food coloring. Roll up and wrap in saran wrap and chill. Cut in slices to serve. When you have it rolled out you may spread with peanut butter, then roll up.
