CORN HAMBURGER BAKE 
1 lg. onion, sliced (1 c.)
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. hot fat
1 c. cut up celery
1 1/2 c. cream style corn, about
1 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 beef bouillon cube
Corn Biscuits - recipe follows

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Brown onion, ground beef in hot fat. Add celery, corn, water, bouillon cube, salt and pepper. Bring to boil. Pour into 2 quart casserole. Drop biscuit dough with tablespoon onto hot mixture. Bake 20-30 minutes. Serves 6-8.

CORN BISCUITS:

1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 egg
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
3/4 c. cream style corn
1/4 c. salad oil

Plain flour = 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder, 1 cup flour and 1/2 teaspoon salt.

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
