STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 lb. fresh mushrooms (caps removed, stems chopped)
1 green pepper, diced
1 red pepper, diced
1 onion, chopped
1 stick butter
Salt & pepper
Seasoned Italian bread crumbs

Saute mushroom stems, peppers, onion and 1/2 stick of butter in skillet, stirring frequently. After all ingredients are cooked, remove from heat. Add salt, pepper and enough seasoned bread crumbs to absorb all liquid. Fill mushroom caps with mixture. Place in casserole pan with melted butter. Bake for 20 minutes in 375 degree oven.
