CHOCOLATE ROLL CAKE 
4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pt. whipping cream

Separate eggs. Beat separately. Add 1/2 cup sugar to yolks and the cocoa and vanilla. Fold in egg whites. Line cookie sheet with greased and floured wax paper. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool. Whip 1 pt. whipping cream. Add a little sugar, whip until stiff. Spread on cake, roll up and frost.

FROSTING:

1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. cocoa, to taste
1 tsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat first 4 ingredients. Thin with hot water slowly.
