CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE ROLL
1 (8 oz.) container of soft cream cheese
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. finely shredded orange peel
1 tsp. baking powder
4 egg yolks
1/3 c. sugar
4 egg whites
1/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 env. pre-melted unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. sugar

Grease a 15 x 11 x 1-inch baking pan. Line with waxed paper; grease the paper. Combine cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar until well blended. Add eggs, milk, and orange peel. Spread in prepared pan; set aside.

Stir together flour, baking powder, and salt; set aside. Beat egg yolks and vanilla with mixer 5 minutes. Gradually add 1/3 cup sugar. Stir in chocolate.

Thoroughly wash the beaters. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Gradually add the 1/2 cup sugar, beating until stiff peaks form. Fold egg yolk mixture into egg whites.

Sprinkle flour over egg mixture. Fold in just until blended. Spread batter evenly over cheese mixture. Bake at 375 degree oven for 15 minutes or until cake springs back. Immediately loosen cake from sides of pan and turn out into a towel sprinkled with powdered sugar. Carefully peel off paper. Starting with narrow side, roll up cake. Cool.
