CHOCOLATE CAKE ROLL 
6 tbsp. cake flour
6 tbsp. cocoa
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Put dry ingredients in bowl and set aside. Beat the following until thick and light:

4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar

Add:

1 tsp. vanilla

Quickly stir in flour mixture, thoroughly, too. Bake on greased wax paper on cookie sheet or jelly roll pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 13 minutes. Remove immediately from pan and put on dish towel dusted with powdered sugar.

Roll and cool. Unroll and cover with vanilla (or your choice) ice cream. Roll back up and freeze until solid. Slice and enjoy!
