Great taste, but dough very difficult to handle if you want super thin wafers, which is what I was looking for (lost my old standby recipe in a move). I tried adding another 1/2 cup of flour. Also, with refrigerated recipes, I recommend using melted butter as it better incorporate the sugar.

Easy to follow and tastes great - not too sweet with just enough chocolate. Didn't melt the butter, just let it soften to room temp. I divided the dough into 3 discs between parchment paper to chill. Dust the counter with cocoa powder for no white streaks. The dough was awesome and so easy to roll. Not sticky and doesn't break apart. I will make this again!!
