QINOA ALFREDO 
1 1/4 c. qinoa
1 1/4 c. water
3-4 stalks broccoli
3-4 carrots
2 pkg. Alfredo Sauce mix

Wash qinoa thoroughly under running water. (Hold under water until it stops frothing.) Put in pan with water and cook over medium heat until water is absorbed. Cut up broccoli and carrots into bite-size pieces and boil or steam until tender. When above ingredients are cooked, make Alfredo Sauce according to directions. Serves 4 adults as main course.
