DAIRY POTATO BAKE 
2 lb. bag of hash brown potatoes
1/2 cup butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 (12 oz.) pkg. sour cream
1/2 cup onion
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup corn flakes crumbs

Stir together first 8 ingredients. Pour over potatoes. Stir until well coated. Top with corn flake crumbs.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
