POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 box caked frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Melt butter in 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Lay hash brown potatoes in casserole. Mix mushroom soup, sour cream, and cheese together. Pour over potatoes and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
