FETTUCCINE ALFREDO 
1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. light cream
1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Sprinkle of nutmeg

1 pkg. fettuccine noodles

Melt butter; add light cream, Parmesan cheese, and nutmeg. Cook fettuccine noodles, according to package; drain. Add sauce. Serve immediately. (No one said it was low calorie.) 4 servings.
