STROMBOLI 
1 lb. pepperoni
1 1/2 lbs. provolone, sliced
2 pkgs. shredded Swiss cheese
1 jar red sweet peppers

Beat 4 eggs, 2 tablespoons water, a handful of grated cheese and parsley. This egg mixture is used to brush on crust when finished.

Defrost 2 loaves of frozen bread dough and cut both in half so you have 4 pieces of dough. Roll out one piece at a time and rub some of the egg mixture on and put some pepperoni, provolone, Swiss cheese and peppers on each half. Fold dough over, pinch edges closed with a fork, put a few air holes in and brush over top with egg mixture. Bake in a 350 degree oven until nicely browned and cheese is all melted.
