BRISKET SANDWICHES 
3-4 lb. beef brisket
1 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup mix
1 1/2 c. water

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Lay brisket flat, fat side up, in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 450 degrees uncovered. Sprinkle with soup mix and add water. Cover with aluminum foil and seal tightly. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake for 1 1/2 hours. Remove from the oven and refrigerate overnight. Slice thinly and reheat before serving. Serve on Kaiser rolls.
