POOR MAN'S CRAB CASSEROLE 
1 ( 1 lb.) pkg. frozen cod fillets (not breaded), thawed & drained
2/3 c. butter, melted
1 c. herb stuffing mix, crushed
6 oz. crab meat
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 egg
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt

TOPPING:

1/2 c. stuffing mix
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Place cod fillets in casserole (8 squares). Mix all ingredients except topping and place on fillets. Put topping mixture over all. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 4.
