POOR MAN'S CRAB CASSEROLE 
1 (1 lb.) pkg. cod fillets, unbreaded

CRAB MIXTURE:

1 c. her seasoned stuffing mix, crushed
1 egg
2 tbsp. parsley
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2/3 c. butter, melted
6 oz. pkg. crabmeat
4 oz. can mushrooms, sliced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce

TOPPING:

2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix, crushed

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In ungreased 8 inch square baking dish, place cod fillets. In bowl combine crab mixture and sprinkle over fillets. In same bowl, combine topping and sprinkle over all. Bake for 30 - 35 minutes. Serves 4.
