BEEF & CABBAGE DELIGHT 
2 lbs. bread dough, thawed to room temperature
1 med. onion, chopped
1 sm. can mushrooms, chopped
1 sm. to med. cabbage, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
Salt, pepper, garlic & caraway seeds
12 slices Cheddar cheese (approx. 3/4 lb.)

Saute onions and mushrooms. Add meat and brown. Cook cabbage in a little water until tender. Add to meat mixture with spices. Divide each 1 pound of dough into 66 pieces. Roll each piece in a circle. Place 1/2 of mix in center; add slice of cheese. Fold over turnover style; seal with egg wash and press with tines of fork. After all of dough is filled, cover with egg wash and bake in 375 degree oven 25 minutes. Serve with ketchup.
