BEET LOAF CANDY 
1 1/2 c. canned cream
1 c. white Karo
3 c. sugar
Powdered sugar

Mix cream, sugar and syrup and cook until reaches soft ball stage. Remove from heat and and let cool.

1 c. nuts
1 pkg. dates or raisins
1 pkg. coconut

Add other ingredients. Beat until hardens. Pour out on waxed paper and roll in powdered sugar. Usually makes two rolls.
