5 lb. beef roast
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Black pepper to taste

Put roast on a sheet of aluminum foil, sprinkle dry onion soup mix over both sides. Seal in the foil and cook in open pan in 350 degree oven approximately 2 hours. Open foil and remove from roaster. Pour can of mushroom soup over and simmer longer enough to heat soup thoroughly and 2 teaspoons Kitchen Bouquet. Serve with steamed vegetables, etc.
