ROAST BEEF 
1 (5 lb.) beef of your choice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. onion soup mix

Place beef in heavy-duty foil. Add mushroom soup and onion soup mix. Seal tin foil loosely so as to allow beef to cook, but not to allow gravy to escape. Let beef cook for approximately 2 hours. Makes a very tender beef roast. Bake at 325 degrees.
