STUFFED ACORN SQUASH 
3 acorn squash
1 sm. can pineapple tidbits
1 apple, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. nuts, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. butter

Cut acorn squash in half and remove seeds. Place cut side down in pan and bake squash for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Turn squash over. Mix all other ingredients and fill the squash. Return to oven and bake for another 15 to 20 minutes.
