FROSTED DIAMONDS 
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
2/3 c. butter
3 tbsp. orange juice
1 c. raisins (optional)
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 c. chopped pecans

Combine all cake ingredients and mix well. Spread evenly in 10 x 15 inch prepared pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool completely before frosting.

FROSTING:

2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. cream
1 tbsp. grated orange peel
3 tbsp. orange juice
2 c. powdered sugar

Blend frosting well until smooth and frost cool cake. Cut into diamond shapes to frost.
