CORNBREAD SALAD 
4 green onions, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
6-8 radishes, sliced
1/4 c. cucumber dressing
2 tbsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix

Bake cornbread and cool and crumble in large bowl. Add all other ingredients and chill. Left over cornbread can be used and adjust the ingredients according to amount of cornbread.
