1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 diced
sm. ripe tomato
Other vegetables; optional

Bake muffin mix ahead of time. When cold, crumble in bowl. Add diced peppers and tomato.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. salad dressing
1/4 c. prepared mustard

Mix and add to above ingredients.
