1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix, prepared as directed and crumbled
10-12 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
2 med. tomatoes, diced
1 sm. onion or several green onions, chopped
Mayonnaise to moisten (about 1/3 to 1/2 c.)

Combine all of the above; adding more or less of any ingredients depending on your preference. (How's that for "specific!") chill and serve on lettuce.
