SPINACH CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach leaves
1 pkg. Monterey Jack cheese

Brown hamburger, season with garlic salt. Drain. Add soup and spinach leaves; mix well. Use milk or evaporated milk to thin out.

Put into casserole dish. Grate Monterey Jack over the top then cook in oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Last 10 minutes put on broil to brown cheese if desired.
