MEXICAN TACOS 
1 lb. ground meat
1 c. shredded cheese
1 c. shredded lettuce
1 c. cubed tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped onions
3/4 c. tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper seasoning
1 tsp. ground garlic seasoning
10 soft taco shells

Grease pan lightly to prevent sticking. Stuff the taco shells with the seasoned ground wheat. Add shredded lettuce, cubed tomatoes, chopped onions to individual shells and top with shredded cheese. Place in baking pan. Let bake at 475 degrees for 35 minutes. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
