MEXICAN WEDDING CAKE 
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 c. chopped walnuts

Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 degrees in a 9x13 ungreased cake pan for 25-35 minutes. Cake is done when toothpick comes out clean.

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
1 stick softened butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar

Mix all together and spread on cooled cake and serve.
