MEXICAN WEDDING CAKES 
2 sticks butter
6 tbsp. confectioners' sugar
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts, chopped

Cream butter and sugar; add flour, vanilla, and nuts. Shape into crescents and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes. When cool to the touch, roll in powdered sugar.
