BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef (raw)
1 pkg. mixed vegetables
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. frozen tater tots

Break up meat in small pieces and place in greased casserole. Bring frozen vegetables to a boil in water, then drain and place on top of meat. Pour can of soup, undiluted, over meat and vegetables. Place frozen tater tots over top of casserole and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes, uncovered. Serves 6. If desired you may divide the ingredients into 2 layers each.
