EASY CHEESE CAKE 
2 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
3/4 c. of sugar
1 c. of milk
4 eggs
2 tbsp. of cornstarch
1 tbsp. of vanilla extract
3 tbsp. of lemon juice, 2 lemon rinds

Put everything in a blender on "blend" setting for 5 minutes. Grease pan with butter. Pour in batter, sprinkle cinnamon on top. Set oven to 325 degrees and bake for 1 hour. Take it out from oven and cool for 1 1/2 hours and put in the refrigerator to chill. Then serve.
