EASY HOT ROLLS 
1 c. water
3 tbsp. sugar
1 pkg. dry yeast
3 c. flour (approximately)
3 tbsp. shortening
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg

Combine water, shortening, sugar and salt, bring to boiling point. Cool to lukewarm and add yeast, egg, flour. Mix well, cover with towel and let rise double. Put in refrigerator, if not ready to use. Take out 1 hour before baking time and roll out and let rise. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
