EASY HOT ROLLS 
2 c. skim ilk or (1 c. water & 1 c. whole milk)
1 pkg. dry yeast
2 tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
5 c. flour plus
1 c. flour for kneading

Use a large bowl. Heat milk so it's warm to touch. Sprinkle yesat on milk and let stand 2 or 3 minutes. Stir. Add sugar, oil, salt and stir. Add flour and stir with wooden spoon until smooth. Lay dish towel over bowl and let dough rise 1 hour in a warm place. Put a piece of wax paper on cabinet. Spread the other cup of flour on wax paper. Knead dough. Either roll dough and cut out rolls or pinch into balls. Place on grease pan. Let rise until double. Bake in a preheated oven at 400 degrees for 12 minutes.

Makes 20 to 24 rolls.
