EASY HOT ROLLS 
2 c. very warm water
1 pkg. yeast dissolved in the water
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 stick butter, cut in sm. slices
5-7 c. flour (add 1 cup at a time)

Put sugar, salt and butter in the yeast mixture. Add the flour, one cup at a time. When well mixed put in a greased bowl, cover and let rise for 45 minutes. Punch down and make rolls and let rise again for 45 minutes or until nearly doubled. Bake at 400 degrees until brown.
