WELLNESS BRAN MUFFINS 
1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 c. unprocessed bran (Millers)
1 egg
1/3 c. Puritan oil

Measure Bran into bowl. Add buttermilk and let stand until Bran is soaked. Then add egg and oil. Blend in dry ingredients. Add 1 cup raisins if desired. Fill muffin tins - bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
